Matt Tetreault13 days agoMy wife and I bought a house in Ayer MA and within a couple months the entire home and most of our personal property was destroyed by a house fire. Luckily we got a recommendation to talk to Justin. Our first meeting he was direct, pragmatic, and did not make promises he couldn't keep. He did not change throughout the process and was readily available through text, email or call whenever we needed to talk. In general, he made the process of dealing with insurance exceptionally easy. He explained the process without sugar coating anything, which I appreciated. He also went to bat for us several times when our assigned adjuster was providing less coverage than Justin deemed fair. Justin ensured we were compensated. Kris Jackson13 days agoIn September 2024, we had a fire at our home in Grafton. At the suggestion of several people, including the Fire Chief, we contracted with Justin Grenier the next day. We then left on a previously scheduled vacation. During that time, Justin stayed in touch, answering our questions and getting things started with the contractors who would repair the house. He pried a surprising amount of money out of the insurance company. He always answered our calls within a few hours, explained the complexities of insurance to us, and was friendly and courteous the whole time. We recommend him highly.Posted on Google

Tom McCreedy227 days agoJustin is the best at what he does and will fight for you when you need help the most. We first met Justin when our house was destroyed by fire in 2012. Justin assured us that he would do his best to see that we were compensated and made whole again. Justin got us a trailer to live in onsite while our home was being rebuilt. It took a year and a half but it was worth it, having a new home to live in for our family. Hard to believe but just last year we were once again devastated by a house fire, Our family was once again displaced. I immediately called Justin and he once again assured us that he would make sure that our insurance compensated us for our loss. This time we had 10 family members without a place to live including 6 children. Justin had the insurance company supply 2 house trailers this time and the wait was on. He really had to fight the insurance company on this one but came through with flying colors. It took a year and we were back in our home. I can’t say enough about what Justin did for us, 2 times. He is a professional and has a team of other professionals that will get you the compensation your insurance company promises. They will try to get out of paying what they say they will in your policy, but Justin will make sure they deliver. Thank you, Justin.Posted on Google

Richard Bedell427 days agoI had the unfortunate experience of a house fire last year. Having hired Justin was the best thing I could have done. I watched him go toe-to-toe with the insurance rep on what they were not going to do to bring my house back to normal. Well they finally relented and did what they should do through Justin’s insistence. Also, he guided us through the whole process. Things I would not have claimed, he told me why I needed to. In the end, the house is back to better than it was. I will not go through this or a similar experience without Justin.+2Posted on Google

He offered guidance, shared useful references, and pointed me in the right direction. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to help. Di Aquafresca516 days agoOn August 15, 2024 my home was struck by lighting and destroyed by fire and water and needed to be rebuilt. I didn't know what a Public Adjuster was until that day. The next day I chose Justin Grenier who was able to get me into a hotel until temporary housing was available. He was local which was important and worked with my insurance company in the past which was also helpful. I doubt many people who experience any disaster can cope with all that is involved in navigating the entire process alone. You definitely need assistance and Justin will be there for you.Load more
